Australian orders

We offer free express shipping for orders $150 and over. A flat rate fee of $9.95 is charged for orders less than $150.

Delivery time is typically between 1-5 business days.

We use several courier companies to ensure your purchase arrives as quickly as possible.

You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number along with the courier name that your order was dispatched with. For tracking updates, please check using your tracking number through the appropriate courier website.

New Zealand orders

We offer free standard shipping for orders $175 and over. A flat rate fee of $20 is charged for orders less than $175.

Delivery time is typically between 4-10 business days.

Prices and shipping rates do not include import duties, customs and GST charges. These are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

We recommend that you return the product via registered and trackable post. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you insure your parcel. Tabletop Melbourne Pty. Ltd will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
